Ingredients:

1 Carton Drake's® Cakes Mini Pound Cakes
1 Container Cream Cheese Frosting

1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar

1/4 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice


Supplies:

Pumpkin-shaped Cookie Cutter

Directions:

  1. Unwrap each Mini Pound Cake and place on a lined cookie sheet.
  2. Using the pumpkin-shaped cookie cutter, cut each shape from the pound cakes.
  3. Carefully slice each pumpkin-shaped pound cake in half creating a sandwich.
  4. Add a generous layer of cream cheese frosting to one side of each pound cake half. Add the halves together for a sandwich.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and pumpkin pie spice.
  6. Dust the top of the pound cake sandwiches with the sugar mixture.
  7. Enjoy!
